My South Norfolk

South Norfolk Council at your fingertips

Local information is just a click away with South Norfolk Council's recent web improvements.

"My South Norfolk" is a new part of their website which gives you quick and easy access to information that matters.

All you need do is visit the South Norfolk District Council Website and enter your postcode in the box at the top of the screen. You will see key events in your area – from your rubbish and recycling collection days to current planning applications near you.

You can see your nearest waste and recycling sites and information on your property, such as Council Tax banding and whether you are in a flood risk area.

And that's not all. If you sign up to MyAlerts, you can receive email alerts about local planning applications, special events and more.

This is the latest in a series of improvements by South Norfolk Council to make it easier for you to book and pay for services online – at a time convenient to you.

Accessing Council services online, instead of calling or emailing saves the Council time and money and means they can continue to keep Council Tax low and affordable.

If you haven't got a computer – don't worry. You can go online at their self-service stations at Diss, Long Stratton or Wymondham Leisure Centres, at the Council Offices in Swan lane, Long Stratton or by visiting your local library.

Visit the South Norfolk District Council Website, your first click for all things South Norfolk.
