Great News - Denton Carpet Bowls Club is returning.
After a long gap, the Bowls Club. is restarting operations, from Monday 3rd March
Obviously, the number of people who get involved will decide its future success.

The latest Denton Variety Club production, “Cinderella” staged over three nights last week, resulted in very positive responses from the sell-out audience each evening.
The traditional panto, directed by Chris Hutton, drew much praise for scenery, costumes and music as well as the acting. Lots of audience participation kept things rolling along in the great DVC tradition.

Where were you on the 6th February 2000?
Many, if not most, Denton residents were hard at work starting the process of planting our new Millennium Wood. A picture of these activities appears at the top of this site's Home Page.
Later renamed Rogerson’s Wood after the former Rector, who gave the land on which it stands to the Parish, the project provided a brilliant way of marking the Millennium.
