Cyder Time Again

Yes, it is nearly time for cyder production to commence.
The Black Hand Cyder Society have announced the vital dates for this year's activities.
The first stage, Foraging, when apples are collected in, will take place on Saturday 12th October. Two tons will be required to produce a suitable quantity of apple juice.
Then, two weeks later, on Saturday October 26th, it will be Pressing Day. As usual, the Society welcomes new members, particularly if they are able to help with the production process.
Finally, another date for your diary. The day for another vital part of the Cyder Year, Wassailing, has been set for Saturday January 18th.
