Village Hall Updated
A number of significant improvements were made to the Village Hall during the year.
Perhaps the most significant was the positioning of a number of Solar Panels on the roof and the installation of a suitable battery system to store their output.
This means that far less electricity will be required from the grid. Indeed, given the fact that the Hall is only used for a limited number of hours each week, the system should be able to export excess electricity and earn the Hall some income.
Another change was the creation of a broadband link to the Hall and the availability of Wi-Fi services for Hall users.
