A 75th Anniversary
The Covid-19 situation did not prevent Denton residents celebrating a significant anniversary. Friday, May 8th marked 75 years since the peace treaty with Japan and the end of the Second World War.
Despite the obvious restrictions, people celebrated in various ways but mainly with lots of suitable decorations and refreshments, both enjoyed outside their own homes. Masses of appropriate photograps were taken.
