Minutes of the Meeting Held on Wednesday 13th August 2013at 6 pm
at Vale Farm, Trunch Hill, Denton.

None.
3. Planning Application – 2013/1323 – Vale Farm, Trunch Hill, Denton.
Remove chimney on rear elevation, rebuild west gable wall and remove small window in west gable wall, rebuild cement rendered brick panel and part demolition of outbuildings
The application was approved.
Comments; the buildings are in a poor state and consideration should be given to their long term preservation.
