The Denton Annual Parish Meeting will be held on Tuesday 12 May, 2026 at 7.00 pm in Denton Village Hall.The Agenda for the Meeting
1. Welcome by the Chairman.2. To confirm the Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting 2025.
3. Chairman’s report and Financial report.
4. District and County Councillor reports.
5. Reports from Community Organisations/Groups.
6. Public Participation.
If the representative from the groups/organisations is not present at the meeting to read out their report, then those reports submitted by letter or email, will be available as a paper copy for viewing at the meeting.
The meeting will be followed by the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council.
