The Village Marquees
Three marquees – two large and one small – are available for hire by village residents, but the two larger ones can be joined together when required. A portable dance floor is also available.
Programme
The marquee system relies on a team of willing volunteers who help with erecting and taking down. Details of forthcoming team "fixtures" will be listed below when available. New team members always welcome - no previous experience needed.
Unless otherwise indicated, kick-off time is 7.30 p.m.
The current 2010 programme is as follows:
- Tuesday May 25th Alburgh. Meet at DVH – 2 big.
- Friday June 25th VH (Summer Ball) – All.
- Friday July 9th VH (Fete).
- Friday July 30th David Layland (For Sunday, so take down later).
- Friday August 27th Fir Tree Farm (Cyder Fest) – All.
- Friday September 10th VH (Katrina and Steve's).
